1. Full Legal Name: Copper Oaks Community Development District
2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure
3. Fiscal year: October 1 through September 30

The development is wholly contained within the District and is located in unincorporated Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as being situated along the east side of Three Oaks Parkway, south of Koreshan Boulevard and north of Corkscrew Road.The land lies in Section 26, Township 46 South, Range 25 East.
